I was just wondering how she started her career....how was she noticed? Also whats songs did she write if any? if she didnt write her own songs then who did? Thanks!

She first appeared on Star Search when she was really young and then got a spot on the Mickey Mouse Club and then at 16 was signed to Jive Records. I'm not sure if she wrote any of her songs 100% but she did co-write the song "Everytime" and her first single "Baby One More Time" was written by Max Martin.
