How do you think Britney Spears did on the VMA's?

She looked like an old woman trying to hold onto her youth. Clueless and desperate.
Reply:TERRIBLE!!! SHE STUNk!!! i mean she studdered during her dances and she stopped lip singing at one of the parts!!! HATED it !
Reply:Her performance was horrible!! She could barley sing the word's to her own song! And what kind of slu**y image is she setting for her sons??!!

If I was her publicist, I would insist that she take some time out of the spotlight so that she could repair some of the damage she's done to her image. But she, like Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan, is so addicted to getting attention that she can't seem to do that.
Reply:she should have practice way more..and put on more close..she is getting her body back ...but it still isn't there..loked..scared..unprefesionall..li... if she had never performed..
Reply:that's an obvious question. she STUNK really badly. what happened to her 2001 snake, or the 2003 kiss with Madonna. All she did was walk around lip-syncing in a trashy outfit and weird wig. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:I thought that it was a terrible performance. I think that people were very hard on her though... She'll bounce back. I didn't think that she looked out of shape. I just thought that she should have thought of something more spectacular to do to revive her career.
Reply:I like to compare Britney's performance to the singer Jewel who tries to dance to her own song "Intuition" in her music video or live performances. = Not very good...





I remember watching Jewel perform that song on TV before a NFL football game. Basically she's standing in one place and trying to move her hips while singing. It's like an ordinary person trying to dance at a night club but who's too shy ... hahaha





At least we know Jewel's primary talent is singing and her video was a spoof.





As for Britney, it's all about the dancing and not so much about the singing... So it's not a great return for her. She'll need to release a song that's real hot at the club to get back with the public.





I mean Cher made her big return with "Believe" in 1998 at age 52. The same thing could happen to Britney with the right song.
Reply:I don't think that should have been her "Come Back". I was hoping that she would be covered up and seem more mature, but what I saw was a Mother of 2 children parading around in what looked to be sparkley underware. I know she's had 2 children but she looked really soft.





If she was going to lip sync, I think she should have been dancing harder. She looked like she was overwhelmed and almost had the deer in the headlights look.





When the camera panned the audience, Chris Brown looked bored and 50 Cent looked pained.





If I were in Brit's Circle I'd tell her Grow Up!
